If your project requires other services, feel free to request them — custom tasks are welcome.

Focus

Industrial Equipment & Products

Mechanical design of industrial assemblies, machine components, mechanisms, sheet-metal and machined parts, enclosures, products used in manufacturing and processing environments.

Jigs & Fixtures / Tooling

Design of welding, assembly, machining, and inspection fixtures; custom tooling; locating and clamping systems; custom gauges; auxiliary equipment for production and workshop operations.

Besides these core areas, I have completed projects in other fields — including consumer products, rehabilitation equipment, playground and sports structures, construction. My experience shows that combining my solid CAD and manufacturing expertise with the client’s domain knowledge consistently leads to strong project outcomes. I’m open to learning new domains when needed.

Recent Projects

A few recent projects showing clear scope, timing, and budget — to help you assess scale and quality, estimate your own case. Feel free to request a custom quote for your specific needs.

Deliverables

The list below shows typical deliverables. If your project requires something else, I’m happy to adapt.

Parametric models of parts and assemblies built in professional CAD software — ready for design review and manufacturing.
    Format: STEP, Autodesk Inventor.

  • Engineering drawings

Detailed fabrication and assembly drawings with dimensions, tolerances, notes, and material specs.
    Standard: ISO, ASME, GOST.
    Format: PDF, DWG.

  • Manufacturing files

Exported formats ready for CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, or fabrication.
    Format: STEP, DXF, STL.

  • Bill of Mateials (BOM)

Structured list of all parts and materials required for production and procurement.
    Format: Excel, PDF.

  • Technical documentation

User manual, exploded view, assembly instruction, etc.
    Format: PDF, Word, Excel.

  • FEA simulation report

Finite Element Analysis simulation verifying strength, deformation, and safety under loads.
    Format: PDF.

  • Rendered visuals

High-quality renderings for presentations, marketing, or proposal documentation.
    Format: PNG, JPG.

Ordering Process

A straightforward process built for clients worldwide. I use trusted platforms with escrow protection and international payment tools, including crypto — ensuring safety, clarity, and smooth collaboration.

1. Project Clarification and Offer

We clarify your goals, inputs, requirements, and constraints. Finally, I will provide a custom Offer for the project.

2. Agreement & Advance

I will prepare an Agreement for the order. As acceptance, you can proceed with either a partial Advance via direct invoice or full payment through an escrow service. For regular clients, post-payment terms are also available.

3. Project Execution

I carry out the work with regular progress updates and scheduled design reviews. My typical design workflow is described in the next section.

4. Delivery and Final Payment

For direct payments, I provide a delivery preview; the full package is released after the final payment. For escrow orders, the full package is delivered immediately.

Design Workflow

An efficient and clinet-focused design workflow shaped by years of cooperation with engineering and manufacturing teams.

1. Concept Design

Initial analysis of requirements, exploration of design options, and creation of preliminary models to define the technical direction.
Includes several concept review cycles to refine the approach and align with your functional and business requirements.

Result: approved concept 3D model or drawing.

2. Detailed Design

Development of complete 3D models, refinement of all components, and engineering checks for fit, manufacturability, and performance.
Includes several design review rounds, ensuring the final design incorporates all feedback and meets project specifications.

Rusult: approved final 3D model, frozen for the next steps.

3. Drawings & Documentation

Creation of complete engineering drawings, BOMs, supporting technical documents, and manufacturing files, providing all information needed for smooth production, inspection, and end-use operation.
Includes several revisions to ensure the documentation meets your standards.

Result: complete drawings & documentation package.

4. Delivery

Final package handover with all models, drawings, and documentation, including support during fabrication or implementation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of projects do you typically work on?

I work on mechanical design and engineering projects for industrial equipment, products, tooling, and fixtures. I also take on projects in related areas when my expertise fits the technical requirements.

What information do you need to start a project?

A brief description of the task, functional requirements, constraints, and reference materials are usually sufficient to prepare an initial proposal.

How do you price your work?

Pricing is based on scope, complexity, and timeline. Each project is quoted individually after requirements are clarified. Indicative prices are shown in my Portfolio.

How do we communicate during the project?

Communication can be handled via email, a messenger, and video calls with regular progress updates throughout the project.

How do payments and international projects work?

I work with clients worldwide using trusted platforms with escrow protection and  international payment tools, including crypto.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines depend on scope and complexity. Small tasks may take a few days, while more complex projects can take several weeks. Indicative durations are shown in my Portfolio.

What will I receive at the end of the project?

You will receive a complete, production-ready design package, including 3D models, drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing files according to the agreed scope.

Can you support the project after delivery?
