The boiler is designed for industrial heating and hot water supply, with a total heat output of 0.4 MW. The capacity is evenly split between two units to improve the turndown ratio.
Develop a production-ready 3D model of the boiler, along with complete manufacturing documentation and fabrication files. Perform FEA to validate critical areas.

This project was completed for a returning client. In a previous project, I developed a configurable (parametric) boiler model with drawings linked to an Excel file containing key parameters.
For this project, the parametric model was used to quickly generate a new boiler configuration based on the required specifications.
This design automation significantly reduces development time. To date, four boilers with different capacities have been created using this approach, and the initial investment in automation has fully paid off.
